- Steak: I use two 1 thick striploin steaks its our favorite cut of steak, but any will do! Keep in mind if your steak is thinner it will cook more quickly.

- Seasonings: you can keep it simple with salt and pepper or use whatever blend of seasonings you like!

How To Make Air Fryer Sirloin Steak
Mix the seasonings together in a bowl. Season the steak on both sides.
Place the steaks in the air fryer basket, trying not to overlap them. If they are overlapped, they wont cook evenly and wont get the nice crispy edges all around. If you cant fit them in your basket without overlapping, cook them in two batches.
Cook on 400F, flipping once about 2/3 of the way through cooking. Since you may like a different degree of doneness, and every air fryer cooks differently, there isnt a set cooking time. To achieve your desired degree of doneness, check the internal temperature of the meat throughout cooking.
- For rare, remove at 125F to 130F, which will take about 6 minutes.
- For medium-rare, remove at 135F, which takes about 7 minutes.
- For medium, remove at 140F, which takes about 8-9 minutes.
- For medium-well, remove at 145F, which takes about 12 minutes.
- For well-done, cook for 14 minutes.
When the appropriate internal temperature has been reached, transfer the steaks to a plate, tent with tin foil, and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
