Copper Canyon Grill To Open Fourth Location At Arundel Mills

Columbia-based Blue Ridge Restaurant Group will open its fourth Copper Canyon Grill location Wednesday in Arundel Mills, company officials announced Monday.
Copper Canyon Grill, at 7051 Arundel Mills Blvd., will open for the first time for dinner on Wednesday and the restaurant features a large bar, 270-seat capacity with a 40-seat private dining room. It will have limited hours of Wednesdays to Fridays from noon to 8 p.m., Saturdays from 1 to 8 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 8 p.m. during COVID-19 restrictions. It will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The restaurant will offer curbside pickup and delivery and seat guests to 50% capacity while under COVID-19 restrictions. Copper Canyon Grills health and safety precautions include spacing tables 6 feet apart, requiring masks and gloves for all employees and masks for all guests as well as sanitizing chairs, tables and other surfaces throughout the day.
Blue Ridge Restaurant Group owns seven restaurants throughout the state, including Copper Canyon Grill locations in Hanover, Gaithersburg, Glenarden and Silver Spring, The Stanford Grill locations in Columbia and Rockville and The Stanford Kitchen in Owings Mills.

Copper Canyon Grill, offering fresh, chef-inspired American cuisine, will open for the first time in the Arundel Mills shopping district in Hanover on Wednesday, Aug. 19. Featuring a large bar, 270-seat capacity, including a 40-seat private dining room, and a warm, casual atmosphere, the restaurant is the fourth Copper Canyon Grill location by Columbia-based Blue Ridge Restaurant Group.

“I was hoping this restaurant would be as good as the smell of the hardwood smoke promised, and it delivers. I had a Maui ribeye with green beans and fresh mashed potatoes with chives. The Maui ribeye was delicious, and cooked perfectly to temperature. It was marinated and faintly teriyaki like. I’m pretty picky about steaks but this was excellent. Green beans were also perfectly cooked, not soggy and slightly crisp. I’ll come back for their key lime pie alone. I hope it stays on the menu.”
