This simple technique for making juicy, flavorful, never-dry grilled chicken strips is my favorite easy meal- I grill up a big batch on Sunday, and bring them to work with some lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and dressing for a quick, protein-packed, but healthy lunch that doesnt need to be microwaved.
These chicken strips are so easy simply marinate for about a day before grilling to ensure the most delicious, flavorful, and never-dry meat.

How To Grill Chicken Tenders
Now that youve got all the ingredients sorted, lets get into actually making these grilled chicken tenders. As I mentioned before, it wont take long at all. First youll cut the chicken and let it soak in the marinade for a while, then youll season it, and pop it on the grill!
Cut the Chicken into Strips: Then place them into a large zip-top bag.
Make the Marinade: Add in the pickle juice, milk, and hot sauce into the bag. Seal the bag and squeeze to combine ingredients and coat chicken. Allow the chicken to marinate for 2 hours.
Season the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place onto a large platter. In a small bowl combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and celery salt. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken.
Grill the Chicken: Heat grill to medium-high. Cook the tenders on the grill for 3 minutes per side.
Tips For Making Chicken Tenders

- Give the chicken enough time to rest in the fridge and soak up all the flavors of the marinade. Be sure to do so in the fridge! If you marinate at room temperature, your chicken will be exposed to bacteria, which can lead to food-borne illnesses.
